The Parish Clerk is notified by Stratford District Council by email of planning applications that are within or are adjacent to the parish. Councillors must disclose an interest in applications where applicable and withdraw from comment and earshot of discussion if necessary.

Planning Process
The planning process for considering planning applications is that, where practicable, decisions are made in public meetings.
Where applications are received between meetings, Members submit their comments to the Parish Clerk, and she, in deliberations with the Chairman, submits the Parish Councils final decision to the LPA.
