The Parish Clerk is notified by Stratford District Council by email of planning applications that are within or are adjacent to the parish. Councillors must disclose an interest in applications where applicable and withdraw from comment and earshot of discussion if necessary.

Planning  Committee – All Meetings are held in the Village Hall  or via Zoom on the first Monday of the month unless otherwise stated and commence at 7.30pm.

All parishioners are welcome to attend and there is a period set aside for public participation  before the formal agenda.
