Meeting papers are circulated to Parish Councillors three clear days in advance of a meeting and published on our website in our News section.
The Draft Minutes must be approved by the Council and signed by the Chair before publication. You can find previously approved Minutes here.
If you wish an item to be added to the Agenda, please email the Parish Clerk at email@example.com
Members of the public are allocated fifteen minutes at 7:30pm if they wish to bring a matter to the attention of the Parish Council.
